These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the TRANCEHEAVEN website and to activities and services provided by TRANCEHEAVEN, including events, ticket-related activities, promotions, bookings, contact forms and related communications.
By using this website, purchasing or holding a ticket for a TRANCEHEAVEN event, or attending a TRANCEHEAVEN event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About TRANCEHEAVEN
TRANCEHEAVEN is an event and music brand operated by Spearlance, based in the Netherlands.
TRANCEHEAVEN organises electronic music events, artist bookings, promotions and related activities.
2. Tickets
Tickets for TRANCEHEAVEN events are sold through an external ticketing provider.
When purchasing a ticket, you may be redirected to the website of the relevant ticketing provider. The purchase and use of the ticket are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of that provider.
TRANCEHEAVEN may receive certain information from the ticketing provider that is necessary for event administration, ticket validation, event communication and other legitimate event-related purposes.
Where legally permitted, TRANCEHEAVEN may also use contact details obtained through ticket purchases to inform ticket purchasers about future TRANCEHEAVEN events, ticket releases and related activities.

TRANCEHEAVEN is not responsible for technical issues, payment processing or other services provided directly by the external ticketing platform.
Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
3. Event Changes and Cancellation
TRANCEHEAVEN reserves the right to make reasonable changes to an event, including changes to the line-up, timetable, venue, date, programme or other event details.
Artist line-ups may change due to circumstances beyond the control of TRANCEHEAVEN.
If an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, information regarding tickets and any applicable refund or replacement arrangements will be communicated through the relevant ticketing provider and/or TRANCEHEAVEN's official communication channels.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
4. Entry and Event Rules
Visitors must comply with the rules of the venue and with reasonable instructions from TRANCEHEAVEN staff, security personnel and venue personnel.
TRANCEHEAVEN may refuse entry or remove a visitor from the event where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- aggressive, threatening or disruptive behaviour;
- failure to comply with safety or venue regulations;
- possession of prohibited items;
- use or possession of illegal drugs;
- behaviour that may endanger other visitors, staff or artists;
- failure to comply with reasonable instructions from staff or security.
Visitors who are refused entry or removed from an event due to their own behaviour are generally not entitled to a refund.
5. Drugs
TRANCEHEAVEN has a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs.
The possession, use, distribution or sale of illegal drugs at TRANCEHEAVEN events is strictly prohibited.
Visitors found in possession of or using illegal drugs may be refused entry or removed from the event without a refund, subject to applicable law.
Where appropriate or legally required, incidents may be reported to the relevant authorities.
6. Photography, Video and Audio Recording
Photography, video and audio recording may take place during TRANCEHEAVEN events.
By attending a TRANCEHEAVEN event, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs, videos or other recordings made during the event.
TRANCEHEAVEN may use, reproduce, edit, publish and distribute such recordings for promotional, marketing, editorial and archival purposes.
This may include use on:
- the TRANCEHEAVEN website;
- social media channels;
- promotional campaigns;
- advertisements;
- event aftermovies and other event-related content;
- communications relating to current and future TRANCEHEAVEN events.
Visitors may therefore appear incidentally or recognisably in material used by TRANCEHEAVEN.
TRANCEHEAVEN may continue to use such material after the event for the purposes described above.
TRANCEHEAVEN will process photographs, video and other recordings in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection law.

7. Hearing Protection and Sound Levels
TRANCEHEAVEN is a club event featuring amplified electronic music throughout the evening.
Music may be played at sound levels of approximately 100 dB.
Prolonged exposure to loud music can cause hearing damage, including temporary or permanent hearing loss or tinnitus.
Visitors are therefore strongly advised to use suitable hearing protection, such as properly fitted earplugs designed for use at music events.
Visitors are responsible for taking appropriate measures to protect their own hearing.
By attending a TRANCEHEAVEN event, you acknowledge that loud amplified music is an essential part of the event experience.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TRANCEHEAVEN accepts no responsibility for hearing damage or other consequences resulting from exposure to loud music where the visitor has failed to take appropriate precautions.
8. Merchandise
Merchandise may be offered through an external sales partner.
Where merchandise is purchased through an external partner, the purchase is subject to that partner's applicable terms and conditions.
TRANCEHEAVEN is not responsible for payment processing, delivery or technical issues relating to the external webshop, except where required by applicable law.
9. Bookings and Contact Forms
TRANCEHEAVEN may receive booking requests, artist enquiries, business enquiries and other communications through forms or contact details available on the website.
Submitting a request does not create a contract or guarantee a booking, collaboration or other agreement.
Any booking or commercial agreement will only become binding once expressly confirmed by TRANCEHEAVEN and, where applicable, documented in a separate agreement.
Personal data submitted through contact or booking forms is processed in accordance with the TRANCEHEAVEN Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property

Visitors remain responsible for their own personal belongings. TRANCEHEAVEN is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
